Newton Creek – Jade Place – OR Hwy 34

This Oregon Department of Transportation-City of Philomath project included roadway enhancement and beautification along the main thoroughfaire for the city.  Medium strips and intersections were planted with blooming trees, roses and plants creating a facelift for the city and neighborhoods. The project scope included: traffic control; erosion control; irrigation; landscaping.
